Page 1 of 1 161.102 Emergency substitute teaching certificates. Any applicant for emergency substitute teaching who possesses a bachelor's degree in any <br>subject area from a regionally or nationally accredited institution of postsecondary <br>education shall be granted a certificate for substitute teaching from the Education <br>Professional Standards Board subject to the provisions of KRS 161.120(1). This <br>certificate shall enable the applicant to apply for substitute teaching in any subject area <br>for any grade level in any local school district. Effective: March 31, 2003 <br>History: Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 160, sec. 3, effective March 31, 2003.
