As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) &quot;Office&quot; means the Office for the Blind; <br>(2) &quot;Legally blind&quot; means a visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with correction or a visual field of 20 degrees or less; (3) &quot;Visually impaired&quot; means a condition of the eye with correction which constitutes or progressively results for the individual in a substantial disability to employment; <br>and (4) &quot;Executive director&quot; means the executive director of the Office for the Blind.
