171.480 Buildings and facilities. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, at the request of the <br>commission, shall have authority to design, build, purchase, lease, maintain, operate, <br>protect, and improve buildings or facilities, including a state archives and records center <br>building, used for the storage of noncurrent records of state and local agencies.
