177.030 Cost of construction to be borne by state -- State may accept donations. The cost of construction of the primary roads shall be borne entirely by the state, or by the <br>state and federal government, where the roads are built in cooperation, and they shall be <br>maintained entirely by the state, but any county, municipality or person may make <br>donations to the state in aid of the construction or maintenance of any road. The state may <br>accept any donation on the terms and conditions prescribed by the department. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
