177.500 Remedies of bondholders. Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of KRS 177.390 to 177.570 or any of the <br>coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement, except to the <br>extent the rights herein given may be restricted by such trust agreement, may, either at <br>law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce any <br>and all rights under the laws of the Commonwealth or granted under KRS 177.390 to <br>177.570 or under such trust agreement or the proceedings authorizing the issuance of <br>such bonds, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by KRS <br>177.390 to 177.570 or by such trust agreement or proceedings to be performed by the <br>department or by any officer or employee thereof, including the fixing, charging and <br>collecting of tolls.
