181.840 Dissolution of commission -- City legislative body to operate and maintain bridge. When the principal and interest on all of the bonds have been paid or their payment fully <br>provided for, the commission shall stand dissolved. Thereupon the city legislative body <br>shall assume the operation and maintenance of the bridge, and, unless the cost of <br>operation, maintenance and repair is otherwise provided for, shall assume the collection <br>of tolls for the payment of the cost, and shall do all other acts necessary and convenient <br>for the maintenance of the bridge.
