182.160 County clerk to keep record -- Clerk's fees. The clerk granting the license shall keep a record showing the name of the licensee, the <br>date of the license and when it will expire, and the business or residence authorized. The <br>clerk shall be allowed to charge a fee of two dollars fifty cents (&#36;2.50), to be paid by the <br>applicant. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
