184.190 Notice of maturity of installments. It shall be the duty of the board of directors to cause to be mailed to each property owner <br>liable for an assessment, to his last known address, a notice of the amount falling due ten <br>(10) days prior to the date on which any installment of principal becomes due. The failure <br>of such property owner to receive a notice shall neither exempt him from liability for the <br>assessment nor prejudice the collection thereof or the enforcement of the lien therefor.
