187.430 What constitutes satisfaction of judgment. Judgments in excess of the amounts specified in KRS 187.290(11) shall, for the purpose <br>of KRS 187.290 to 187.620, be deemed satisfied when payments in the amount so <br>specified have been credited thereon; provided, however, payments made in settlement of <br>any claims because of bodily injury, death or property damage arising from a motor <br>vehicle accident shall be credited in reduction of the respective amounts so specified.
