When the Kidney Disease Advisory Council, the Family Planning Committee, the <br>Tuberculosis Commission, the Kentucky Advisory Committee on Day Care, the <br>Kentucky Children's Advisory Council, the State Advisory Committee for Public <br>Assistance, the Kentucky Commission on Employment of People with Disabilities, the <br>Advisory Committee to the Kentucky Commission on Employment of People with <br>Disabilities, the Advisory Council on Mental Retardation, the Developmental Disabilities <br>Services Act Advisory Council, the Kentucky Commission on Alcoholism and Drug <br>Problems, the Commission on Aging, the Advisory Committee on Aging, the <br>Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs, the Commission on Children <br>and Youth, the State Board of Health, the Radiation Operators' Advisory Committee, the <br>Advisory Council for Medical Assistance, the Comprehensive Health Planning Council, <br>and the Kentucky Certificate of Need and Licensure Board, as they relate to the functions <br>transferred in whole or in part by 1974 Acts ch. 74, or members thereof are referred to or <br>designated in any law, regulation, contract, or order pertaining to the functions, powers, <br>obligations, and duties vested in the Citizens' Commission for Human Resources, the <br>Institute for Aging, the Institute for Children, the Council for Health Services, the <br>Council for Social Insurance, the Council for Social Services, the Advisory Council for <br>Medical Assistance, the Comprehensive Health Planning Commission, and the Kentucky <br>Certificate of Need and Licensure Board, in accordance with 1974 Acts ch. 74, the <br>references or designations shall be deemed to refer to the Citizens' Commission for <br>Human Resources, the Institute for Aging, the Institute for Children, the Council for <br>Health Services, the Council for Social Insurance, the Council for Social Services, the <br>Advisory Council on Medical Assistance, the Comprehensive Health Planning Council, <br>and the Kentucky Certificate of Need and Licensure Board, or the Cabinet for Human <br>Resources, or the secretary for human resources, as may be appropriate.
