197.525 Regulatory authority of department. (1) In any provision of KRS 197.505 to 197.525 which requires the private provider or adult correctional facility to establish or implement a policy or procedure governing <br>a particular activity or duty, the department shall first approve the policy or <br>procedure before it shall become effective. (2) Consistent with the provisions of KRS 197.505 to 197.525, the department shall promulgate administrative regulations governing the standards, operation, and <br>management of adult correctional facilities which may be contracted for pursuant to <br>KRS 197.505.
