198B.676 Fees. (1) The board shall establish by administrative regulation and collect the following fees, not to exceed the cost of the licensing program: <br>(a) Initial application fee for: 1. Master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor; and 2. Journeyman heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic. (b) Examination fee for: 1. Master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor; 2. Journeyman heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic; and 3. Apprentice heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic. (c) License renewal fee. <br>(d) Certificate renewal fee. <br>(e) Duplicate license or certificate fee. <br>(f) Inactive status fee. <br>(g) Restoration fee. <br>(h) Reactivation fee. <br>(i) Change of information fee. (2) All fees and charges collected by the board under the provisions of this section shall be paid into a trust and agency account in the State Treasury. All expenses incurred <br>by the board under the provisions of KRS 198B.650 to 198B.689, including <br>compensation to the board members, shall be paid out of this account, subject to <br>approval of the board.
