200.605 Funding of family preservation services. (1) The secretary for health and family services may redirect funds from amounts budgeted to serve children in out-of-home placement for the purposes of providing family preservation services to children who would otherwise be removed from their homes. (2) The secretary for health and family services may use any funds that become available through an increase in reimbursement of funds from Title 4-E of the Social Security Act as amended by Pub.
