201.070 Condemnation of property. Whenever the board finds that property anywhere within the county is needed for any of <br>the purposes contemplated in this chapter, the board may, by resolution reciting such <br>need, order the condemnation of such property. Proceedings for condemnation shall be in <br>the Circuit Court of the county, and shall be conducted in the name of the board by the <br>city attorney of the city of the first class, who shall be the legal representative of the <br>board, and the procedure shall be that set out in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
