205.465 Report by cabinet. The cabinet shall submit an annual report on programs and services provided under KRS <br>205.460 to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 15 of the year. <br>Such report shall include: <br>(1) Information and data necessary to provide an analysis of the costs and benefits of core services; (2) An assessment of the ability of core services to reduce the rate of inappropriate entry and placement of functionally-impaired elderly persons in institutions; and (3) An assessment of the ability of core services to reduce the use of institutional services and facilities.
