206.030 Persons ineligible for pension. No person shall be entitled to the benefits of this chapter who: <br>(1) Is able to earn a support by manual labor or by reason of his knowledge, art or skill in any profession, trade or craft; (2) Removes from this state or is absent therefrom for a period of three (3) months; <br>(3) Possesses property of the value of twenty-five hundred dollars (&#36;2,500); <br>(4) Possesses an income to the amount of or equivalent to three hundred dollars (&#36;300) a year; or who is living with his spouse who possesses property in fee simple or a <br>life interest of the value of twenty-five hundred dollars (&#36;2,500), or an income of <br>three hundred dollars (&#36;300) per year; (5) Is suitably provided with support by reason of a contract or agreement with a person able to provide such support; or (6) By reason of combined partial ability to earn a support and income and property, or any and all of these combined is able to obtain an income equivalent to three <br>hundred dollars (&#36;300) a year. Provided, however, that no pension received from the <br>United States or any state or foreign government or any other source shall be <br>figured in the computation of income under this chapter.
