206.140 Return of pensioner to state -- Restoration of pension. Any person entitled to a pension under the provisions of this chapter, who forfeits it by taking up his residence in another state, may have the pension restored to him by making application to the cabinet, if he returns to the state in good faith to take up his actual residence.
