206.160 Pension may be stopped -- Hearing. In cases where a pension has been granted, if the secretary of the Finance and <br>Administration Cabinet finds that the pension was wrongfully granted, or that the <br>pensioner has moved out of the state, or has in any other way become no longer entitled <br>thereto, he may drop the pensioner's name from the pension roll after first giving him <br>thirty (30) days' notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, thus giving the <br>pensioner an opportunity to be heard or present any evidence he may desire to offer as to <br>why his name shall not be dropped from the pension roll. Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 114, sec. 38, effective July 15, 1980. --Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
