207.250 Disclosure of HIV information in real estate transaction prohibited. (1) The fact that an occupant of real property is infected or has been infected with human immunodeficiency virus or diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency <br>syndrome is not a material fact that shall be disclosed in a real estate transaction. (2) No cause of action shall arise against an owner of real property or his agent, or any agent of a transferee of real property for the failure to disclose to the transferee that <br>an occupant of that property was infected with human immunodeficiency virus or <br>diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 443, sec. 50, effective July 13, 1990.
