210.042 Funding for nonprofit agency -- Matching funds. (1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may provide, to the extent funds are available under KRS 210.040 and under conditions and standards established by the <br>cabinet, funds to any nonprofit agency recognized as operating in the field of mental <br>health and whose objectives are to carry out the purposes of KRS 210.040. (2) The funds, if provided, may be matched on a fifty-fifty (50-50) basis by the nonprofit agency receiving such funds.
