As used in this section and KRS 211.395: <br>(1) &quot;Department&quot; means the Department for Public Health; <br>(2) &quot;Eligible medical condition&quot; means Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or other inflammatory bowel disease, or any other medical <br>condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility; and (3) &quot;Person&quot; means an individual who is lawfully on the premises of a public or semipublic building regulated by KRS 211.180.
