211.651 Definitions for KRS 211.651 to 211.670. As used in KRS 211.651 to 211.670, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; <br>(2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; <br>(3) "Department" means the Department for Public Health; and <br>(4) "Designee" means a local health department, mental health/mental retardation board, or other governmental or private agency designated by the Department for <br>Public Health.
