The cabinet may accept donations of money, equipment, supplies, materials, and services <br>from any person for accomplishing the purposes of KRS 211.861 to 211.869. Any <br>donation of money shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and <br>agency fund to be used by the cabinet in carrying out the provisions of KRS 211.861 to <br>211.869 and shall be expended by the cabinet only in accordance with the purposes of the <br>donation.
