212.432 Inclusion of employees in state retirement system. Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS 61.510 to 61.705 (Chapter 110, 1956 Acts of the <br>General Assembly of Kentucky and amendments thereto) and KRS 78.510 to 78.852, on <br>July 1, 1962, all regular full-time present and future public health employees of any joint <br>city-county health department or board of health located in a county containing a city of <br>the first class or a consolidated local government shall be included within the provisions <br>of the state retirement system. Effective: July 15, 2002 <br>History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 346, sec. 207, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 177, sec. 1.
