212.690 Transfer of property and institutions. Upon the establishment of a city-county department of health under KRS 212.640, the <br>property of the city board of health of the city of the second class and the property of the <br>county board or department of health shall be transferred to the city-county department, <br>and the city-county board of health shall assume control of any institutions formerly <br>under the control of the city or county board or department of health.
