214.410 Definitions. (1) &quot;Cabinet&quot; means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and <br>(2) &quot;Sexually transmitted disease&quot; means syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, genital herpes, nongonococcal urethritis, mucopurulent cervicitis, <br>acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), human immunodeficiency virus <br>(HIV) infection, chlamydia trachomatis infections, and any other sexually <br>transmitted disease designated by the cabinet under the provisions of KRS Chapter <br>13A. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 457, effective June 20, 2005. -- Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 426, sec. 404, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1990 Ky.
