214.466 Health care provider and facility civil liability exemption. No health facility or physician or health care provider transfusing untested blood into a <br>patient during an emergency situation if the blood is required to save the life of the <br>patient shall be liable in civil damages or criminally, provided the provisions of KRS <br>214.464 are met.
