216A.120 Courses of instruction -- Approval of out-of-state courses. If the board finds that there are not courses of instruction and training sufficient in quantity and quality to meet the requirements of this chapter conducted within the state, it may conduct one or more such courses, and shall make provisions for such courses and their accessibility to residents of this state.
