Page 1 of 1 216B.017 Health facility not to discriminate against physician on basis of degree in medicine or osteopathy. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no health facility licensed in the <br>Commonwealth shall discriminate with respect to employment, staff, privileges, or the <br>provision of professional services against a physician licensed to practice medicine on the <br>basis of whether the physician holds a medical doctor (M.D.) or doctor of osteopathy <br>(D.O.) degree. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 413, sec. 3, effective July 14, 2000.
