Page 1 of 1 217.002 Individuals exempt from application of chapter. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to common carriers or to warehousemen, <br>while engaged in lawfully transporting or storing legend drugs, or to any of their <br>employees acting within the scope of their employment; or to public officers or their <br>employees in the performance of their official duties requiring possession or control of <br>legend drugs; or to temporary incidental possession by employees or agents of persons <br>lawfully entitled to possession, or by persons whose possession is for the purpose of <br>aiding public officers in performing their official duties. Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 301, sec. 28, effective July 15, 1998.
