217.205 Cabinet's power to enjoin violations. Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy (civil or criminal) the <br>cabinet may maintain, in its own name, an action to restrain or enjoin any violation of <br>KRS 217.005 to 217.215, irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy <br>at law.
