Chapter 1: GOVERNOR

§6. Salaries subject to adjustment by Governor

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Governor is authorized to adjust the salaries of the following state officials within the salary ranges indicated in this section. The adjustment may be at the time of appointment of the official and subsequently as provided by law. The salary ranges shall be as provided by law; except that, for the purposes of this section, each salary range shall be increased by 2 steps in addition to and in the same manner of increase as the steps in the range otherwise provided by law. 1. Range 91. The salaries of the following state officials and employees are within salary range 91:

Commissioner of Transportation;

Commissioner of Conservation;

Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services;
