Chapter 1: GOVERNOR

§6-D. Salary of the Executive Director of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System

Notwithstanding Title 5, section 17105, subsection 3, the salary of the Executive Director and deputy directors appointed by the Executive Director of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System are established by the Board of Trustees of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System and may not exceed the maximum rate of salary that may be received by a state employee.
