Act 169 of 1975
400.284 Financial statement.
Sec. 14.
A charitable organization subject to this act in support of its application for a license or renewal shall file with the attorney general a financial statement covering the immediately preceding 12-month period of operation containing information and detail as shall be required on forms prescribed by the attorney general.
