Act 387 of 1984

400.765 Quarterly accounting; report.

Sec. 15.

The family independence agency shall conduct a quarterly accounting of all coupons received from the United States department of agriculture, and shall report not later than December 31 of each year to the chairpersons of the senate and house appropriations committees on the number of coupons, if any, that cannot be accounted for and for which the state bears liability.
