17.458 AGROFORESTRY.

Subdivision 1.Definition.

"Agroforestry" means the cultivation of short-rotation woody crops using agricultural practices to produce timber or forest products.

Subd. 2.Agricultural pursuit.

Agroforestry is an agricultural pursuit.
