18C.433 COMMERCIAL ANIMAL WASTE APPLICATION.

Subdivision 1.Requirement.

Beginning January 1, 2006, only a commercial animal waste technician, may apply animal waste from a feedlot that:

(1) has a capacity of 300 animal units or more; and

(2) does not have an updated manure management plan that meets the requirements of Pollution Control Agency rules.
