386.73 COUNTY RECORDERS, MAY EMPLOY LICENSED ABSTRACTERS.

Nothing herein shall prohibit any county recorder who does not hold a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions hereof from employing a licensed abstracter and issuing abstracts pursuant to sections 386.61 to 386.76.
