388.22 SALARY; APPEAL; BUDGET.

Subdivision 1.When paid.

The county board shall pay the salary of the county attorney at intervals as the board shall determine but not less than once each month.

Subd. 2.Budget.

The county board by resolution shall provide the budget for the salary of the full time county attorney.

Subd. 3.Salary appeal.

The county attorney, if dissatisfied with the action of the county board in setting the amount of the county attorney's salary, may appeal on the same grounds and in the same manner as provided in section 388.18, subdivision 6.
