572.30 CITATION, UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT.

Subdivision 1.Citation.

Sections 572.08 to 572.30 may be cited as the Uniform Arbitration Act.

Subd. 2.Nonapplication.

Section 358.06 does not apply to an arbitration proceeding coming within the provisions of this chapter.

Subd. 3.Superseding court rule.

Rule 26.07, Rules of Civil Procedure for district courts, is superseded by the provisions of this chapter, insofar as inconsistent therewith.
