Proof of endorsement of notes.

490.510. Whenever it becomes necessary in any suit to provean assignment of or an endorsement on any bond, bill or note, anaffidavit of a competent witness, proving the same, shall bereceived as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in suchaffidavit.
