Proof of partnership.

490.520. Whenever it becomes necessary in any suit to provethe existence of a partnership, an affidavit of a competentwitness, setting forth the names and places of residence of allthe partners, the name of the firm, the general nature of thebusiness and where transacted, and the time of the commencementor existence of such partnership, shall be prima facie evidenceof the facts therein stated.
