490.550. Such affidavits shall not be received in evidencein the county commission, or probate division of the circuitcourt or before associate circuit judges, unless the same shallbe filed in the cause five days before the trial, nor in anyother division of the circuit court, unless the same shall befiled in the cause ten days before the trial.
