Copy of enrollment of steamboat.

490.610. A copy of the enrollment of any steamboat in anycustomhouse or in the office of any surveyor and inspector ofcustoms, duly certified by the proper officer, shall, as againstthe persons described as owners of such steamboat in suchenrollment, be prima facie evidence that they are the ownersthereof.
