Official character of officer in foreign country, how attested.

492.390. Depositions or examinations taken by any person orjudicial officer without the United States, by virtue of anycommission issued in pursuance of sections 492.080 to 492.400shall be, except as herein otherwise provided, accompanied by acertificate of the official character of said officer, attestedby the seal of state, or of a court of the government in whichthe depositions or examinations were taken.
