Notice of time and place of taking depositions.

492.450. The party applying for the commission shall givenotice, in writing, of the time and place of taking suchdepositions, to every person who may be known to be interested,his or their agent or attorney, at least thirty days before thetaking of the same; and a copy of the petition and affidavit uponwhich the commission was granted shall accompany such notice.
