Guardian, conservator and next friend liable for costs.

507.180. The guardian, conservator, or next friend of anyinfant who commences or prosecutes a suit shall be responsiblefor the costs thereof, unless such infant be permitted by thecourt to sue as a poor person, as provided by law.
