Appointment of guardian ad litem, when.

507.210. If such infant defendant neglects, for one dayafter the expiration of the time within which the infantdefendant is summoned to appear to the suit, to procure theappointment of a guardian ad litem to defend the suit, the courtshall appoint some competent person to be guardian ad litem forsuch infant in the defense of such suit.
