Guardian ad litem, liable only for costs in case of misconduct.

507.220. No person appointed guardian ad litem for aninfant, for the purpose of defending a suit against such infant,shall be liable for the costs of such suit, unless speciallycharged by the order of the court for some personal misconduct insuch cause.
