Change of venue from other counties.

508.300. All causes in which a change of venue shall beawarded by the circuit court of any other county to the county ofCape Girardeau, the same may be certified and transferred to thecircuit court of Cape Girardeau County at Jackson, or to thecircuit court of Cape Girardeau County at Cape Girardeau, as maybe directed by the court granting the change of venue, or byconsent of parties, and whichever court shall receive the saidcause shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine the same.
